10 MONTHS OLD!!

Thatcher has been a lot of fun lately.  He has started moving around by scooting across the floor, but we are still working on it because he can only go backwards.
Waving good bye is my new favorite of his tricks.
His top two teeth are barely poking through, but we are still waiting for them to come in.
I hope he never stops smiling so big.

. . . Turns out he does not appreciate stickers on his onsie.  It makes the picture slightly more difficult.

Thatcher had a play date.

We drove up to Brighton for lunch last Saturday to hang out with the Wyderkos.
Lunch was wonderful, and it was so fun just to hang out again.  Thanks for having us.
Hopefully Thatcher can learn a few things from Zachary and Leah!

MORE VISITORS!!!

Bud, Katie, Madi, Jake, Owen and Drew made the trip out to OHIO!
I know it was a really long drive, but we loved having you guys here.
(I can't take any credit for these pictures, so thank you Bud and Katie for taking pictures to remember our visit.)  Madi, Jake, Owen & Drew thanks for all your help with Thatcher!  He misses you guys.

Happy Birthday Auntie B!

It was so fun to have Britt home for so long!
I wish you were home all the time, but we will take 10 days anytime!

The K-ZOO

We finally made the trip again to Kalamazoo to visit the Yeungs.  It was such a fun weekend, besides a sick little Thatcher.  Lake Michigan is just the best.  Thanks Kelly and Bob for having us.  I can't wait for George and Thatcher to be friends!  Why don't we make this little drive all the time?

Telluride 2011

Telluride this year was a new experience. Going to the festival with a 9 month-old proved to be a little more difficult than when it was just the two of us. We are pretty sure that we spent less time at the actual festival than any other time that we have gone to Telluride. However, thanks to 91.7 KOTO, we were still able to listen to most of the music. With Thatcher waking up at about 5:00 am local time, he and Boley were able to get in line each day to set up the tarp and sunshades. Despite all the nap time and limited festival time, we still had a great time just hanging out with everyone and being in such a beautiful place.

Thatcher had a great time playing with and getting to know some of his cousins better.  They taught him all the ins and outs of Telluride, like riding in the backpacks and the gondola.
